Hey I am a newbie to the site and am looking forward to getting to know everyone! I am very excited about talking to some of you about some gear and what you think about it. I have a place I know about and was wandering if anyone here can tell me about the weekly workouts they do and that might be able to help me maybe change some of the things I do with mine. I really want my legs to grow even larger than they are and just right now I am having some problems. I do at least 400 crunches a workout and have finally gotten my abs to start showing in detail, yet they are not where I want them to be yet, so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know what else I can do to define them even more, I do 20 minutes on the treadmill and do it on a 10 degree incline at the speed of 3.5.So if you can help let me know, thanks Moosse

These are too vague a questions to answer in just one post brother.My suggestions would be to browse through the appropriate forums and you'll find some great articles covering all of those questions,including training routines.
As for the abs,as MrBig stated,more cardio can help but the major factor in allowing that six pack to show is diet.Wont matter how hard you train abs if you have a layer of fat over it due to diet.Also plenty of great articles that cover this as well.
