    ok I'm about to start my winter cycle dbol deca test, running standard 40dbol ,400deca and 500 test.
    My question is whether to break the dbol up through out the day for steady blood level concentrations, or pop all 40mgs few hours before training.

    For me, I think it depends on how you react to either way. I find that all at once, about two hours before I train works awesome for me.

        Same as mr. Big for me too.i wait 2 hrs .i have done an hour before a workout and it didnt seem to kick in yet

          I divide 4 x 10mg a day: 1 x in the morning , 2 x 2 hours before training, 1 x Late night.
          Just like Mr. Big says, depending on how you react.
          D-Bol has a half-life of +/- 4 hours
          Hardcore (labs) 2 the bone

              I take it all at once especially if u r on other injectable a that are more stable or in constant blood stream where as dbol spikes up and leaves. Also the liver just gets hit once a day. And I've read the hit in the liver raises or does something to IGF or can't remember where I read it but it..... But on the other hand some peoples blood pressure can spike in a high dose of dbol and that's usually more likely when someone's bulking and taking dbol eating a lot of food and higher n body fat. Pros and cons either way. I like 2 hours pre workout as well..

                If I run 40mg I spilt it in 4 doses 6am 10am 2pm 6pm. On a training day I sometimes add one extra 1.5 hours before training. Taking all 4 at once no matter how good it feels it is a big hit of C17aa to your liver. But In theory maybe one big hit is better as you have more time to flush it out I'm really not to sure. IMO I much rather the spilt for stable blood plus the makers do advise against all at once. Just my two cents lol I love dbol it's my candy.
