Based on your question, you have no idea what you're doing and you should stay far away from these drugs, especially Tren. Masteron, Winstrol, tren, WILL NOT help you with loose skin what so ever!!!!
It depends on how much skin your talking about, If it's not to much, try covering up as you do your cardio. If you're talking about a lot, then surgery may be another option. Those are the only ways I know of how to deal with loose skin.

I understand what your say I.g about tren but it was recommended as a stack as masteron and win are not so usefully on there own and yes I a complete beginner but a friend who is pro took me under his wing,
The only skin I have is on my tummy and it's not a lot but it won't move
Yeah the gear wont help at all, like I said try covering up during cardio. You sweat out the water and so to speak shrink the skin by sort of drying it out. In simple language anyway. I'm trying to do this myself, I have the same issue if you look at my avatar I'm 210lbs there and I've been cutting for 6 weeks now, so some lose skin there.
Why you say tren is not for me, please tell me more
Tren has some really bad side effects that's some people can't handle, this includes myself. It's been talked about hundreds of times here so, do some research and you'll see what I'm talking about. Just put Tren in the search box and you'll have plenty of reading to do.
