What would be a good careful way to start test boosting? and aside from injections (which I cant stand needles) What would be the best simple stack to take orally that would increase gains?
I have been lifting for years but feels like I am stuck in a plateau with my gains for the last year. I am looking for a simple effective boost I can add to my routine. I also know that building muscle is graced over time and I am not looking for a get big overnight miracle, just a push in the right direction.
My health checks out fine. Only thing is I have gout and thus cant eat shellfish ect... "but I haven't had an attack in 5 years"
I have a 1 month - 4 week routine that I have been switching up every other month.
Any comments would be very helpful, and I will do my own research to see if any advice given would be okay with my health.
