I have my first cycle planed out
Witch is dbol and test e

30 for the first 4 weeks
500mg of test e for 12 weeks
Then pct
But I would have to order the dbol and test e my question is I have 20cc of sust 250 now would 12weeks of sust 250 be just as good ?

Do just the Sus 250 for 10 weeks. One CC monday and one on Thursday. Forget the Dbol and Test E and do those on your next cycle. You might find this is a great cycle all by itself. Especially where its your first you don't need to stack. You should grow like a weed provided your diet and training are correct. 500mg of Sustanon a week will do wonders for you. Then your PCT's if required

thats how i started sust. i injected every 3rd day thats 1 bottle a month 2500 divided by four wks is 625 a wk, or or twice a week and that pushes the bottle to 5 wks at 500. i dont think people need a kick start 1st time around and sust kicks starts itself really good.

Ok I will try this sust 250 for 10 weeks at 500 a week eat and workout hard I'm looking to put on some weight and strength
