Ive been researching and it is so overwhelming. I want to start a cycle for these reasons: to cut and trim fat, to lean out, to gain muscle definition. I am a female 5'10'' and 170lb with BF of 23%. I was really athletic till I got into a bad car accident. I am basically starting all over. I have medical background. I don't care if I become more masculine. Please Help.

You're not going to get a lot of responses with a post like that other than you need to read until your eyes fall out and then put those peepers back in and read some more. Also, You don't need steroids to do the things that you've listed. Do cardio, eat clean, and throw in some light weight training. Sorry, just being honest. The vagueness of your post is what tends to tell people that your looking for a magic solution and haven't really done the homework. If you would've asked more specific questions about your cycle, or diet, then you might get a better response.Lucky rabbits are without their feet
