I have used naps for years and want to use hgh to lean out. Has anyone used their growyh and which one and how many iu's a day?

hey, ive never used hgh before so sorry i can comment on that but as to IU's per day, the research ive done on hgh suggests around 4IU for good results, with going over 8IU to be pointless/dangerous, so i would say if your buying kits with 10IU bottles, then 5IU a day should be about whats needed. Ive read a lot about hgh and would be interested in the results you get from it, fat loss/lean gain, wellbeing etc, as im considering a cycle of hgh?
