How do i post a pic of myself in a thread

Okay did it when i click on the world key it says url whats that mean

That's if you want to add a link, go down to were it says (Manage Attachments) click that. then a window will open, click (select files), then another window will open click were ever you have the pic an then click open. then click upload file, then insert attachment. After that go to the paper clip click that and the click on the pic and it will insert it in the body were the text goes.
