  • A total newcomer looking for help!

    Okey im a regular guy who's lifting 3-5 days a week, nothing special with it.
    So i red on a couple sites and got really curios about steroids, i mean.. i wanna get big fast!
    So i found this ''Trenbolone'', it had good reviews and vice versa.
    What do you guys recommend for a new guy like me? I appreciate all kind of help i can get!

    Dont mind my english, Its not my language!

      There is no quick fix bro. In so many words thats what Big L is trying to say. You have a lot to learn before you dig into
      steroids.

        Yeah as i mentioned, im REALLY new at this, i do not even count my daily income!
        But i will take hard on the help i get here!

          What the guys above me say, is VERY good advice, you really need to know what your doing before you start, you'll be way better off. The guys that say just go and take this and you'll get huge, have no idea what there doing and please don't listen to them, you'll just fuck yourself up.

              Give us some stats, age, height, weight, b-fat (if you know it) and an example of a day of food intake.

                I would wake up tomorrow get a pen and paper
                On every thing you eat there is a label on it telling you how many calories carbs protein
                Write it down rhen in the evening see how much total of each you consumed thst day
                COme back here with your totals. So we have a starting point then we can help ya on what to add to uour diet
                I think thats a good place to start. Food is very important

                  Alright! Im 19 (Some may say that im to young etc, but i really want this!) Well i can only tell my height in Centimeters, Im not american!
                  194 Cm long
                  Weight: 86 Kilos, NO idea about B-fat, but i want to know, dont really trust those websites!

                      Great that will be a great help, yeah you are really young. The thing is you have a tremendous amount of Testosterone running through you now that with a proper diet you can get farther than you think.

                        Hey bro you see the guy above me. His face got that way by just taking a lot of stuff without knowledge LOL....
                        Just kidding obviously. Listen in your first sentence you said you lift 3-5 days a week but nothing special with it. Don't take this the wrong way but bro sounds like you are not very serious about training. Your diet and training like an animal is what makes any cycle work. I am currently on a beginners bulk cycle but I am not new to training HARD. Been lifting serious for years before I decided to take the plunge. There are lots of benefits to taking AAS but your diet and training has got to be on point. When you say you lift 3-5 times a week but nothing special with it I see injury on the horizon. My strength has went through the roof since beginning this cycle. But I know my body and it's limits. Did shoulders today and hit 1000 sets it seems like do not bother counting but I feel super human strength at times. You can hurt yourself quick and not mean to. Read threads on here and soak up knowledge. And be open to criticism. Why you think Big L laughs when you mentioned Tren? The single most powerful steroid out possibly. The sided can get out of hand quick as I have read 1000s of times. Keep it simple at first. You don't want to be on here with a thread that says HELP!!!!! Good having you brother just learn all you can first.
