Is this something that would be good to stay lean? I'm eating 4000+ calories a day almost all clean except a bowl of cereal really I'm also doing cardio 3-4 times per week

Low dose t3 while buking

i've read that a very low dose can help to up regulate protein synthesis but as far as staying lean, i would say it isnt the ideal game plan. t3 is going to burn more calories, so if your goal is just to stay lean on a bulk, eat a little less and keep it clean, IMO.if you are new to the board, please take a minute to read the rules...CLICK HERE
