Pinning frequency?

If you know that you are going to be tied up busy most of the day, is it ok to pin a day early? 250mg test e/200mg EQ, I am generally a mon/thur? Just needed some advice from someone more experienced!

Yeah it wouldn't bother you. Some people pin the whole 500mgs at once

I dont care who says it- there are no rules about pinning or the time you take you doses whethr it be oral or inject. You can pin it all in one day if you choose. People who have minimal experience and superficial reading knowledge spend too much time preaching details. I pin daily sometimes 2x daily as I use all short esters
