I just start HRT and the doc gave me androgel 1.62 I'm at 40.5 mgs daily. Have any of you guys used this stuff? I know its working it just very expensive and am going to ask for test cyp instead
$5.00 for 250mgs vs $90.00 for the androgel.

I did the "Jelly Fish Spread" at first also... I got tired of my shirts sticking to me and worried that one of my kids would come in contact with it..
Also it wont last.. At first it was great and then it just didn't work any more.. So the doc shot me in the ass and I was hooked.
I self pin now and very happy with a test level of 700 to 900 and average. Also have them write you a Estrogen inhibitor. ARIMIDEX at .5 EOD
works well and will keep your E2 in check. Oh and by the way READ as much as you can on the subject. And if your doctor wont listen
to you about your use of test. Find another doctor... Its your health and not all doctors will listen and work with you.

Curious as to what HRT dose are you taking?

yea that's another thing since I have a little kids also. I told him that I had small kids but he acted like he didn't care. I have had hell getting this guy to help me with this My total test level was at 357 I'm 34 he said that was normal. I'm not sure how much of the label dose you actually are getting but I think it works out to 283.5mgs a week

I use Testim and the absorption rate is 10% of what I use, which is not much. My Doc said anywhere from 250-1000 was normal.

I use a 25gram/day from a compounding pharmacy 55 bucks..just learned I'm at 311 the doc called it normal but not for me I wanna be closer to 600 or 800 so now I've got to talk him into it and like they said if he won't play ball I'll find a new doc

311 is def on the low side. I have a good Doc, he'll pretty much give me what I ask for.

I've had my Doc for 26 years, thats why he is the way he is with me, he knows everything about me, even my AAS use.

The first doctor I had was just a dart thrower.. I did my research after starting HRT and found I didn't want someone just throwing darts. I started at 133. Now cruse between 700 to 900. and the new low for test is 500. Any doctor that thinks less then that is OK does not have your health in mind. I found mine by searching and brought
printed research with me and a plan of attack. My doctor was blown away at what I brought him and even said he has never had a patient come in and bring the information
and do the research I did. After a little blood work and a few weeks we were on track.
