My question is about calorie intake. I am getting mixed info about whether to cut my diet down or really what to do with it. I am 36, 190, 5'10" about 12%bf. What I am looking for is lean mass gains... Currently off cycle and eating about 3000cal/day, 275-300g protien (meat and supps) about 300g carbs, about 40% of them being complex. I am not real concerned about "cutting" but I would like to see some good results. Any help would be great, new to the site! Thanks in advance.
