All my chicken and Meats are cooked on Sunday Evening for the reaming of the week

I cook all my rice and veggies for about 3 days and grill all my chicken in the morning for my meals so it takes roughly 30 minutes to cook everyday which isn't bad

I cook all meals at meal time. I retired at 36 so I'm fortunate enough to have the time to do so.

Most meats, Turky, Chicken and Steak are grilled on Saturday or Sunday. I place them in baggies and freeze them for the week. Veggies are frozen too. Buy in bulk.

Same here. I cook my rice and all my meat, chicken, turkey, fish, beef, and shrimp on sunday. Veggies are frozen and canned. Eggss are the only thing i cook fresh every morning

Egg whites from Walmart. I get 3 to 4 quarts a week. Easy to make and no yellow to mess with.
