    Hello everyone,

    I'm new and I have taken my time to read posts and clear up some confusion I have had with gear. I have had 2 simple cycles that I have done in the past and with not so good results. The first I had no idea what I was doing and I was given a blend of Trenbolone and not knowing what I was doing I used it, at around 1 cc a week for 4 weeks. The goods: It changed my body, I became harder, lost fat and was sitting at 160 lbs at 5 % BF, best I have ever looked. The Bad: I had no PCT and had no idea about it, so I had no sex drive, lost of complete libido and had a very hard time recovering and experienced with depression. My second cycle after reading I decided to just do Test, I did 12 weeks of Test P (GP from Naps) at 150 EOD with aromasin during cycle of 12.5 EOD and Nolva with clomid for PCT. I had no problems during cycle and no problem recovering post cycle. The problem I had I really didn't see much improvement in my physic or strength or gains for that matter, I was disappointed.
    I'm looking for advice to be able to do a nice clean cycle, that will give me maintainable solid gains. I'm looking to be able to put on 10-15 LBS of muscle but clean dense muscle not water weight or retention, I would like to be able to keep what I gain for the long term. Please can you guys direct me in a proper cycle with proper during cycle and post cycle information and advice on what brand has worked for you. I'm open to experienced and solid advice, Thank you all for the support and help.

    hey bro yeah not a good idea to do tren alone, and prop is more so for cutting and maintaining muscle imo, not putting it on.

    a mate of mine did an 8 weeker of prop at 500mg pw did everything perfectly and only put un a ahlf kilo..

    i personally and my mate will never be going anywhere near that shit again (unless maybe a year or two down the track when i want to shred and lose the fat.

    get the idea of staying lean and gaining muscle out of your head (my 2 cents) and bulk for a cycle or two and then worry about cutting and being lean/having abs (if you bulk and then cut you will have alot more muscle over time and wont have to cycle as much)

    i think you should do a cycle of Test Enanthate at 500MG per week, i gained well and had little to no water weight at all when i did the same cycle, if you do decide to bulk and then cut later like i said you could even add in some Deca or Dianabol

    make a decision and post it here and someone/myself will help you with PCT and what to run during cycle

        Brother thank you for the fast reply,

        Ok Is there a way to go for clean bulk, with minimal water or fat gain? If so what gear you would reccommend? Would Anavar do me any good? or should I just stick to test @500 EW, arimidex .05 EOD with an oral or another product? Thanks again lets work a good cycle out and than you can help me with PCT. Just to let you know I don't seem to be pron to gyno because I didn't experience anything while on Prop

          Test P...Tren A or E... Test E or Cyp or whatever else gear... diet diet diet... that's what will make it a bulking or cutting cycle... remember that the water retention mainly comes from the food you eat... good luck.

            like the X man said its in your diet, if u want to gain eat more.
            If u did 12wks of Prop and got nothing? then u did something wrong? prob did not eat enough.

            We need more info to pinpoint prob - post diet info.

              Thanks to all of you for your responses,
              It seems that when Iincrease calories i start to gain fat as well and look fluffy and round. When I decrease calories I start to look flat and skinny, it seems I cant find a happy perfect macro or calorie to have size and fullness and continue to look defined. I'm 27 yo, 5'7" and 170 lbs at 8-9 % fat. Any solid cycles that will produce size without bloat I would enjoy. Are there cycles that you can maintain size gained after cycle is over?
              I was consuming around 2500-3000 cals and i startedto fill up but in a matter time started to look fluffy, on cycle.

                Also would anyone one you recom a cycle of the test E & Tren E combo for 10-12 weeks or it's too early?

                  Well I'd change your marcros if I were you, or simply add in more cardio... limit your sodium intake..
