Injections and bleeding.

I inject TEST Cyp into hip muscle with 23 gauge and sometimes it bleeds dark red blood. Am I going in too far into the muscle? Maybe past the muscle into the bone area?

No, your just hitting some blood vessels, just hold a cotton swab on it for a while it'll stop. Wait till ya hit one and it squirts out in a stream. lmao it happens.
