At the gym tonight someone mentioned the weight gainer russian bear. I know quite abit of gym talk is bullcrap. But if anyone has tried it let me know

lolololol. man, if we're talking about the same stuff, i havent heard anyone talk about that stuff since it came out in...must have been the late late 80's, early 90's. what was being said about it?

The guy was telling me how much weight people where gaining on it He made it seem that people can still buy it

yes you can still buy it. i've seen it at vitamin shoppe. as far as weight gainers go, im not sure whats so special about it over say a good whey iso and a carb. if you read up on it, let us know!
