    At about 225grams a day now. going to try to raise calories up to 3800+ a day next week. Lost some fat around my waist but no difference in weight. Probably just shaving off the thanksgiving BS.

      all right bro, keep it up. dont even worry about counting calories. just count protein grams and make sure you eat every 2 hrs, a protein and a carb...3 hrs at the most.
