  • Need advice -Ectomorph

    I was in the army...failed my first time ever at doing fake roids.

    I was young and stupid and am hoping now that you guys can help me rebuild my body. I have done some research but can't find my exact situation and don't want to wing it.

    Did tren extreme stack on deployment at the age of 21...now I am bald, have shitty test levels, and bad sleeping patterns.

    Now 24 looking to build mass. I was 145 going into deployment...and left at 189.

    Now I am down to 157...work out daily...eat right...just hit a peak.

    Someone suggested I give winny a try with a good test stack AX + triazole. with my PCT as Nolva.

    Looking for suggested dosages and warnings.

    What r ur Test levels? Did ur Doc prescribe any thing?

    Cuz u may do well with just a TRT(250mg wk) dose if ur in that boat.

    Winny is not a good suggestion for Mass, stay away from whoever suggested that (prob 11B, right?

      No idea on the actual number...after browsing through here I need to get back with him and find out it seems. He suggested I eat more and work out more. As for the person who suggested it...yes he was 11B. lol

        chemical structure is 19-norandrosta 4,9 diene 3, 17 dione 30mg. That was the garbage I was taking.

        And what about stacking test-e with IGF-1 post workout? Read diesel's post and got me thinking.

            I did a tren xtreme stack. they used to be legit. 19-Norandrosta 4,9 diene 3, 17 dione was the structure they used.

              That alot of weight gain. Ive done many test/deca cycles never that good lol.

                  with what you're saying, it would be worth exploring what your natural test levels are, as OBD suggested. if you have very low test, it doesnt matter what you cycle, when you come off of it, you're going to have a very very hard time holding gains. you will just bounce up and down as you have. another area with exploring would be your diet. how many grams of protein and carbs are you eating from solid food sources daily?

                    Solid food sources...roughly 60-80. depends on what I cook for the day. I get about 90 from shakes. Is that enough?

                      when you say, "60 to 80", im not sure exactly what you mean by that. are you saying you eat 60-8- grams of protein per day from solid food sources, plus about 90 grams from shakes?

                      at your size, i would suggest you eat about 40 grams of protein from solid food sources, every 2 hours that you're awake during the day. add in 50g whey in water post workout. all together, i would suggest you get 300g of protein a day or no matter what kind of gear you take, u'll drop back down when you come off.

                          ok then like i said bro, you need to eat a TON more than you do. you'll never gain and maintain muscle at that amount of protein. all a steroid does is increases the amount of protein your muscle will absorb. before you start any gear, get your diet in order. spend some time really crafting and your meals and learning what it takes to eat massive amounts of food. thats the true secret to getting big. i started out at about 125 lbs as a full grown adult. i'm a true ectomorph. if you are ecto as well, you may even have to eat even more food than your average bodybuilder.

                          start here, eat every 2 hours, eating at least 35-40grams of protein per meal and have a carb with each meal. this is hard work. this is what separates the successful from the failures. if you want more specific help, i'd be more than happy to assist. if you take the time and get this meal plan in order, using AAS will work and you will gain and keep muscle. its a promise!

                            You don't need steroids man. You need to get your diet ironed out and work hard lol. There is no way you have "hit a peak" at that weight. Sam has very good advice for you, make sure you follow it closely. Good luck!
