Hcg really isn't necessary with this cycle. This is the first time I've ever used Hcg and I've never had a problem keeping my gains haha. I usually run the nolvadex at 40/20/20/10 just because I like to taper off a little more. My body seems to like it haha. 40/40/20/20 should work just fine as well.
