I've been cutting for about 4/5 months slowly without losing much muscle, and dropped down from 15% to 8% bf. I plateaued at 8% for a while now and can't seem to get rid of that last bit of fat no matter what.
What I wanted to know is, is there anything relatively safe to take just to burn that last bit of fat? I don't really need more muscle to be honest, just want that 1-2% of fat to go away more easily. Thanks in advance
