Hey guy im counting carbs and was wondering if all the pro"s. count total carbs or if they subtract sugars and when it says other carbohydrate from the total. Or is that cheating

A carb is a carb brother. Simple or complex is what u need to watch. They both serve their own purposes in bodybuilding but should be used completely differently depending on ones goals.
