I was wondering if dbol before bed would speed up recovery? It has a 4 hours short life but since your metabolism and everything slows down while you're asleep shouldn't it stay in your system longer? Also, since muscles recover at night while asleep, one could understand that Dbol might speed things ? Just wondering... everyone on the other forums seem to say it's useless... I'm curious to know why they think so

Yeah I agree with ds222, its about keeping your levels as stable as you can, it has nothing to do with your metabolism. The D-Bol metabolizes at the same rate as it normally would. Thats like saying someone with a fast metabolism would metabolize the D-Bol faster than someone with a slow metabolism.The Rules At Juiced Muscle (everyone please read)

Interesting thinking, give it a shot if it does not effect ur sleeping.
I would suppose that u would prob have to eat some protein b4 bed.(muscle repair/protein synthesis).
ur body fast at night + feeds on itself so..?
or ur just over thinking things like DS222 said??

If you spread your dosage throughout the day - it will still be in your system when you are sleeping. Depending on how much Dbol you are taking and how you are spreading it out now, you can take a dose before bed. Some do say that it prevents them from falling asleep, though. If you are taking 50mg a day and took it something like 10mg 8am - 10mg 12pm 4-5pm 20mg Preworkout - 10mg 8-9pm Before bed.
If you take the 5pm 20mg Preworkout dose 6 hours later at 11pm its broken down to 10mg at 5am its at 5mg - And then if you add in the 8-9pm 10mg before bed - at 2am-3am that will be 5 mg along with the other dose, etc.
Basically, if you spread them out throughout the day you will have it active in your system when sleeping.
