Dont let all this nolva talk be a distraction to the caber. You WILL need it. Otherwise you can take all the AI and SERMS in the world and will still end up with gyno and related sides then come on here complaining that your AI didnt work

Sam, thanks for the info! So, with 500mg/wk test and say 300mg/wk deca, how much adex and caber do you guys think I should run? Also, how late after the first injection of each should I wait to start taking them?

.25mg caber on same day you pin the deca. Start adex @ .5mg e3d 2days arter your first pin and go from there. Like i said, if u need more go to .5mg eod but you ahould need more than that.

Also, i found today that nolva is a no-no with 19-nors (deca and tren) like Sam already said and that you want to end them at least 2 weeks before you end the test.

Ex. = week 1-16 test @ 500 mg/week
Week 1-14 deca @ 300 mg/week

sounds like a plan to me. everyone is different though. i have one friend who hardly needs any adex at all, and all his sides are under control, simply by controlling estrogen with .25mg mon and thurs. i have another friend who has to run .5mg EOD along with caber or he gets fucked up. i call somewhere in between. if i use about .25mg adex with a test/deca cycle, i experience no problems at all. you might not need caber at all, especially with a low dose of 300mg deca per wk....but hey, i'd much rather see my bros here at JM be prepared for the worst instead of blindly hope for the best. after this cycle, you'll better understand how your body responds to deca and will know how to prepare in the future. if you can get away without using caber, more power to you. IMO, the less drugs, the better
