Hello all, Im new to the forum but new to the gear. I was hoping for some help. I normally pin my delts and glutes and no issuses. I use a 25 gauge 5/8 pin for delts and 22 gauge inch and a half for glutes.I do them on a 4 spot rotation. Recently i tried my leg and over night it swelled right up. I have heard that some people call it virgin muscle I researched the proper area to pin before hand. A little insight about me. Im 8 weeks out from a rotators cuff surgery and only doing cardio and leggs until I finish thereapy. My diet is as clean as can be and I do cardio 6 days a week. Im taking 150 mgs of test eth twice a week and 5 iau's of growth daily. I'll be returning to my lifting routine in 4 more weeks. Any thoughts I would really appreciate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
