      OK, this is a great run for ya, but your issue is your diet. Now I believe you said you were at 6'2" and 140 something, right there tell me you have a hard time eating or your metabolism is fast as hell. This is also my problem, what your going to need to do is force feed yourself. Don't laugh this what I do everyday just to keep me at 195lbs. When I eat, I look at that next bite of food and I almost throw up, thinking that I have to eat more. If you can force feed yourself I can almost guarantee you will put the weight on!!!

        I puke all the time from force feeding. I keep doing it thou. My girl knows my day has started by the sounds of me gaggin over the sink in the morning. Lol I'm at 185 rite now bout 7% fat. What types of foods would be best for a hard gainer? Fatty, carbs, high proteen or all of the obove?

            Ok so just eat as much as possable all day. Ugh years back I'd drink a glass of milk an have energy all day. Granted I was 120p. Food cost more then my gym an gear put together. Lol
