  • Little help?

    Iv been on an off a lil over 5 years now, workin out the whole time. Was 6'2 125-130 pounds befor I got on. My first cycle I gained 40 pounds of solid muscle. At almost the end of 12 weeks I was 185 an 2% b/f. Iv only been able to break 185 once in 5 years.(got to 190) I want at least 20 more pounds. So I'm wondering what y'all think would be a good weight gain stack, thinking 16 weeks. I'm wanting to try some new things. Iv always stayed at pretty low doses. Using test prop 100 I pined 3 times a week at 1cc each time. Then deca200 an tren300 every mon an thur 1cc each. Iv ran test e a few times on top of all that. So any advice on anything will help. What work for you? Should I just stop being a pussy an up the dose? Leme know

        what did you take for your 1st cycle that helped you gain 40lbs of solid muscle while keeping you at 2% body fat? how did you come up with the 2% number?

          The personal trainer I hired did a body fat test. Iv always been super skinny. I was only 10% when I started. All I took was 1cc test e an 1cc deca. My trainer was like 6 '5 280 pretty big dude.

            do you know that 2% bodyfat is quite unhealthy? essential fat for a man is 5%

              I love McDonald's.So are y'all just gona talk about fat or can ya help with my actual question?Always thought I was lucky not having fat on me. can't say I'd want to change it. I do want to gain some freakin weight thou.

                  Well the reason ppl are fixated on the Body fat is because 2% is quite UNhealthy my friend. 5% should def be as low as you ever go.

                  Wish i could help on the gear aspect, but i'm just a personal trainer. Just about to do my first cycle. I'm just doing test e, and dbol for the first 5 weeks as a booster. I"m trying to keep it nice n simple.

                    Start small an add to it, get some good pcts. If that's ur first one u should be pretty happy in a few weeks. Thanks for your info.

                      1-12 test e? What's best?
                      1-12 epoise? No experience with. Info please.

                        I would go with either the classic

                        500mg Test E or C a week
                        Deca 400mg a week
                        DBol 30-50mg a day for 4-5 weeks

                        Or

                        Test Prop
                        Masterone
                        Tren Ace

                        12 weeks followed by PCT.

                          at his bodyfat I wouldn't recommend another cutting cycle... that's asking for huge health issues..
