Ya bro I used to spend at least two hours working out hard. Then swim an sauna. As soon as I cut down to an hour I felt stronger an started puttin muscle on again. Same thing happend when I droped the weight of the weights down an focused on perfect form an concentrating on feeling the muscle work. Anyway... Goodluck
