    Ya bro I used to spend at least two hours working out hard. Then swim an sauna. As soon as I cut down to an hour I felt stronger an started puttin muscle on again. Same thing happend when I droped the weight of the weights down an focused on perfect form an concentrating on feeling the muscle work. Anyway... Goodluck

      I ment the time ur lifting not chillin in sauna. I do it too. My gym puts eucalyptus in the steam so it opens ur nose an lungs all up.
