  • how does this cycle sound?

    what does everyone think about this cycle? anything i could do to improve it? will i see nice results w this cycle?

    weeks 1-10 deca250 @ 500 ew
    weeks 1-5 sust270 @ 540 ew
    weeks 6-10 test-e250 @ 500 ew
    weeks 1-6 methan50 @ 50 ed
    weeks 1-6 stan50 @ 50 ed
    weeks 11-14 clomid @ 100 ed
    weeks 11-14 nolvadex @ 40 ed

    IMO,..... I see a few things wrong. First how many cycles have you done before, we can better help if we know this. If this is cycle 1-5 I would say it's a little much and if not, then I question the use of the winny when your using gear that you would use to put size on. Give us a little more feed back and we can fine tune this for ya.

    I think you need to learn more about what your doing, if not you will be very disappointed when you run that cycle

      I just finished my last cycle a week ago wich was; 1 10ml gp deca250, 1 10ml gp sust270, and 40 gp methan50 tabs, which i divided into a 7 weeks then taking 1 gp clomid50 every day for 30 days. i did not really see the results i was looking for but it did do something as my bench went to 270 5x10, row 360 5x10, back entension maxed out machine at 330 5x10, leg extinsion 540 3x10, single arm curl 60 3x8, 270 chest press 5x10, 100 situps , ect, my back, shoulders, and thighs got the best of the cycle but i really want much bigger arms and a 6pack. I went to the gym 6 days a week a for almost 5 months but since i started p90x a month ago actual gym time went down to about once or twice a week... I have been doing a lot of research and been getting nothing but mixed info, I do know that I'm doing a bulking cycle and winny is for a cutting cycle it's just I heard a lot of ppl would add the winny to the bulking cycle to get better results other then adding the winny I thought that was a pretty solid cycle

        Just because you use more gear doesn't always mean better gains. I strongly suggest you learn more before starting your next cycle and that you have some time between cycles. I hope that you don't think that I'm trying to discourage you, I'm giving you MY opinion of what I think would be good for you based on what your telling us.

          Agree with Big...plus look at your pct.....way too much clomid......100/50/50/50 is the most I would do

            If you want size just go with Test E @ 500 a week and Deca @300 a week. Maybe Dbol or Drol to jump.....run for 16 weeks. As for abs they are all about your diet and cardio

              And no offense but you have posted 2 threads about this and we all are telling you the same thing..... seems like your waiting for someone to tell you its a good cycle. No one will say that cuz its not a good cycle

                Gotta agree with big and finch. Seems like a lot of gear, not nearly enough time between cycles. I know you're probably eager to get with it, but a little patience will do wonders for your overall, sustainable gains.
