okay this is my first cycle so advice is welcomed. My cycle looks like this

Week 1-12: Test E 500mg ed
week:1-5: Methadrol Extreme at recommend dosages
very simple cycle
PCT:Clomid 100/50/50/25

Should i also use Nolva in pct? Would super dmx be better than the methadrol? Should i run an AI in my cycle or just have it on hand? I will be taking milk thistle and hawthorn berry extract to prepare for the orals. Any advice

Bro I hope you have a typo there, you don't want to pin Test E everyday. You want to do it twice a week at 1cc (250mg) each. Other than that things look like a good cycle for ya.

I would not use the proHormone with my 1st cycle just see how your body reacts to the test, get a good solid base of knowledge about yourself +Test b4 adding.

yes use an AI throughout and it never hurts to do a pct with novla/clomid. pct is just as important as the cycle itself so why not error on the side of caution?
