going to be starting my 2nd cycle pretty soon and im using winny (which ive never used before) for the last 6 weeks. dose is going to be 50 mg ED but i have the 10mg tabs. so my question is this...would it be better to take all 50mg at once at a certain time of the day or break up the 50 mg throughout the day?

also have the same question about t-bombs for a bro of mine. gonna take 50mg/day for the first 4 weeks of his cycle but has 10mg tabs. all at once or broken up throughout the day?

i would split both winny and tbol up into 2 doses a day.

Same here. Take you doses at the same time everyday for example dose half at 8am and the second at 8pm or which ever matches you schd but I think you get the idea

are u using test with the orals? or r u running an oral only cycle?

yea my friend is being a pussy and is scared to take the t-bol so i bought it from him so my cycle will now look like this:

wks 1-4: GP t-bol 30-50mg ed (gonna start with 30 to get a feel for the pump)
wks 1-12: GP test cyp 250 250mg e3d
wks 7-12: GP stan10 50mg ed
wks 1-12: GP adex .5mg e3d

i've never used t-bol or winny before but have done the test...
