going to take advantage of the sale going on and purchase some Clen. this will be my first time using it, i do know about most things but want to make sure about some things too.
start with 40mcg first couple of days and work my way up to 120mcg a day?
run for 2 weeks then stop for 2. then run again?
my bodyfat is around 14-15%. realistic to try to get it to 11%?
drink plenty of water? duh
about how many carbs should i take in while using it?
