Liquid dbol..says 25mg/ml does that mean fill up the dropper full = 25mg??

u can either go to the grocery store and buy a marked baby dropper, or you can just use a syringe(without the needle on it of course). ive used both, the syringe is more accurate and easier to use. when using a yringe i prefer the type that you slip the needle onto versus the lock, the lock style has a little collar that some of your liquids will get stuck in
