calorie intake around 3200-3500 per day (lots of turkey, tuna and almond peanut butter,includes protein shakes)
creatine 5 grams per day on workout days/2.5 grams on non workout days
N.0 booster pre workout (jack3d)
multivitamin
fishoil
green tea

going to start my first cycle at the end of May. I am only going to use test e @500mg per week for 10 weeks to see how my body reacts (gains, sides, etc.) I have nolva for a pct to start 14 days after my last injection but other than that it is a pretty basic cycle.
should i have on hand any other pct's? nolva is all i ordered
will the supplements/vitamins other than the protein shakes conflict with the test e?
will not working out for 1 week towards the end of the cycle effect me? (vacation to the keys)
