i just did my first shot yesterday is it normal for the injection site to be really sore

yea i felt like i had a cell phone implanted in my ass for the first 3-4 weeks. A lot of soreness comes from internal bleeding (at least thats the case for me) so when u or ur pinner quickly pulls the pin out. put a dry cotton ball on place of injection and press hard for 2-3 mins to stop bleeding. i fired my pinner when he pinned me and walked away when i had blood running down my glute, i pin myself now. glutes im fine, but delts its sort of a weird angle & the 25g needle takes more pressure to inject the needle ends up shaking around in there therefore causing more internal damage/bleeding. my delt injections leave me swollen anywhere from 4-8days. test sucks in the shoulder imo
