Hey guys..lookin for some feedback..what are your thoughts?
I'm 5-6 150lbs..12% b/f mid 40's
always had a tough time gaining weight.
For awhile now I have been eating very clean..3000 cals per day with about 200-250 grams of protein. I really wanna put on some size and will be doing a cycle starting in about a week.. classic bulkin cycle test..d-bol..deca. my question is..should I forget about eating soo clean and just try to consume as much food as possible to put on some size and worry about a cutting cycle after I am where I wanna be size wise? My ideal weight would be about 175 10% b/f..very small frame
