I have been lifting for a few years, i'm 5'9 195 right now. Have been eating big and lifting hard but really would like to get serious about it. Are there any suggestions for my first cycle? I have read about a couple of the popular ones such as d-bol and anadrol but am not sure if those are right for my first time. Also what doses should i take, for how long and how often. Lastly I know i need to take post cycle steroids to come off correctly without side affects. I really would like to do this correctly for my first time and do not want to make any first time mistakes. Any help is greatly appreciated!
