Ok after a few PH cycles I wanna move up into the big time.. I want to do everything right so I'm hear to learn.. I'm 5'10", 170#s, lift 6 days a week(everything once a week). Personal trainer last 2 years. My diet is usually spot on...I've been as high as 190#s after the PH cycles but didn't like the fat that came with it so I cut a good 20#s. I like the leaner look even if it costs me some strength. My day to day bodyfat is usually 8-9%.
I'm NOT looking for an all out kick your A$$ cycle.. I will be fine gaining 12#s of quality muscle. So here is what I have put together so far.
Deca at:
week 1-2 : 400mg... once or split into 2 shots a week better?
week 3-7 : 500mg..
week 8-10: 300mg....
T-bol oral at:
week 1-2: 20 mg per day
week 3-7: 30 mg per day
week 8-10: 10 mg per day....? This ok?
Liver support run through the whole cycle and Novola at some point but I'm not sure when because I read some people taking it throughout and some only taking it at the end.?!?! Please advise....
