dosage help please..winny & t-bol

just wondering on dosages from day 1 - week4 for:
WINSTROL oral
&
T-BOL oral

Im not runnin them together,just want to know what levels (msg)to start and to not exceed.
NEW a/s user..

Tbol 40mg ED (you can raise this later if you feel you need to)

is that to start off with from day one yeh? would you split it up throught the day,or do you know their life status?

Split it up into even doses throughout the day to maintain constant blood levels, maybe look at Aromasin as well to help battle off any estrogen build up from the Tbol.
