I just got my gear from Naps. Great service by the way. Anyway, here is what I was planning.
Test Depot 500mg/week 1-4, then 250mg week 5-12 week
Tren 50eod from week 4-12
Winny oral 50mg/day 12 weeks
Clen 40mcg/day 1, 80mcg/day 2 & 3, 120mcg day 4-5, 80mcg day 6-7. Then off for 1 week. Do this On Clen for 1 week, Off Clen for 1 week throughout the 12 week cycle. I'd also take Benadryl 50mg/day the weeks ON Clen.
T3 25mcg week 1-2, 50mcg week 2-5, 100mcg week 6-7, 50mcg week 8-9, 25mcg week 10. Off for last 2 weeks of cycle.
PCT:
Clomid 100mg/day for week 1-2 then 50mg/day week 3-4.
Tamoxifen 40mg/day week 1-2 and 20mg/day week 3-4 for pct.
I have been on a 2000/day calorie count since Jan. 25 and went from 242lbs to 219lbs by May 15. I went on vacation in late May and have been eating 2500-3000 cals/day since then. So obviously I gained 10 lbs back. So now I sit at 229lbs. I am 5/10 so I'm about 22% body fat. I'd like to get down to 15% body fat. That is my goal.
On strength, I'd like to gain strength too (just as important, if not more so).
Please critique my cycle. All advice welcome.
