For a bulk
Anadrol 50mg Ed for 30 days
Tren E 300 mg for 4 weeks (while on anadrol) then 400mg for the remaining 6 weeks
Test prop 100mg every week

I'm no authority but felt bad no one responded yet. Seems ok for a short cycle. Your training will tell you if your on the right track. I've run Anadrol only way back when..and got really strong. Not sure about using tren with the Anadrol. I'd take milk thistle as Anadrol can be rough on the liver.
Plan a good PCT. Remember time on..time off.

To Mr. Bigs reply. Great point. If your a novice or immediate...ie less than 3 yrs of safe healthy cycles and hard work. He's right. Shit is harsh on the liver alone.
