High estrogen levels stopping gains

Within the last couple of months I've been noticing a dramatic decrease in muscle size and quicker loss after a couple days off from the gym. The weird thing is that my strength is actually still increasing. I've been doing test E for a few weeks one 250 mg pin a week. My test levels came out just under 2100 but my estrogen is at a 92. Don't have access to arimedex but I will be buying OTC estrogen blocker. Is this high of an estrogen level always inhibit muscle growth? Also have been having more insomnia than usual, decrease in appetite, and mood changes .

This amount is HRT for an older man, why are you doing such a low amount?

I'm trying to taper down from a long cycle. Having a hard time finding PCT which is why I went to the endocrinologist

Get on coinbase and buy bitcoin at the beginning of your cycle. Have you had blood work done to see if your estrogen really is to high? Other wise it's really tough to pin down the cause, everyone reacts differently to different gear.
