I have been researching over the past couple of months about different gear and have been thinking about starting my first cycle. I am strong for my 240 frame but I am not lean. Is it better for me to take the next 2 months or so an lean out before starting a cycle? I have heard from others in the gym both ways. Some say lean out then start and others say I can do a stack that would lean me out and still put on hard muscle. I welcome any advice from experience! Thanks.
