  • My First Cycle....What Do You Think?

    Hey Guys,

    I am biting the bullet and trying my first cycle. I have planned
    it out and want it as simple as possible. I want to cut mostly!
    Diet and Training is on point!

    After reading the stickies...How is this plan? Constructive Criticism is welcomed!

    Week 1 - 2 x 300mg Test E (Weekly) + 40mcg Clen daily
    Week 2 - 2 x 300mg Test E (Weekly) + 40mcg Clen daily
    Week 3 - 2 x 300mg Test E (Weekly) + 40mcg Clen daily
    Week 4 - 2 x 300mg Test E (Weekly) + 60mcg Clen daily
    Week 5 - 2 x 300mg Test E (Weekly) + 60mcg Clen daily
    Week 6 - 2 x 300mg Test E (Weekly) + 60mcg Clen daily
    Week 7 - 2 x 300mg Test E (Weekly) + 80mcg Clen daily
    Week 8 - 2 x 300mg Test E (Weekly) + 80mcg Clen daily
    Week 9 - 2 x 300mg Test E (Weekly) + 80mcg Clen daily
    Week 10 - 2 x 300mg Test E (Weekly) + 40mcg Clen daily
    Week 11 - 2 x 150mg Test E (Weekly) + 40mcg Clen daily
    Week 12 - 2 x 100mg Test E (Weekly) + 40mcg Clen daily
    Week 13 - 3 Grams Vitamin C Daily, 5 Grams Creatine Daily
    Week 14 - 3 Grams Vitamin C Daily, 5 Grams Creatine Daily
    Week 15 - 100mg Clomid Daily/40mg Nolvadex Daily 3 Grams Vitamin C Daily, 5 Grams Creatine Daily
    Week 16 - 100mg Clomid Daily/40mg Nolvadex Daily 3 Grams Vitamin C Daily, 5 Grams Creatine Daily
    Week 17 - 50mg Clomid Daily/20mg Nolvadex Daily 3 Grams Vitamin C Daily, 5 Grams Creatine Daily
    Week 18 - 50mg Clomid Daily/20mg Nolvadex Daily 3 Grams Vitamin C Daily, 5 Grams Creatine Daily
    Week 19 - Continue with Creatine until next cycle?

    I invented Week 11 and 12 myself...thought that would be ok? Also is
    2 weeks after last injection ok to start PCT?

    No this is not a good cycle, 300mg's is a TRT dose for an older guy. You really should bump that up to 500mg's a week. At 300mg's a week you will end up shutting down your own production of Testosterone and at 300mg's the only thing you maybe doing is replacing your own and you'll end up with the same or maybe a little more Testosterone than you started with. If you bump this up to 500mg's a week this should put your Testosterone level around 1200-1500, 300mg's may put you around 800-1100. Which is still close to normal Testosterone levels. Everyone reacts differently to the gear, but I would use 500mg's if you have enough gear.

      I'll be using 600mg per week (2 x 300mg) 300mg Tuesday & 300mg Saturday

          Should I taper off week 11 and 12 or just stop?

          Would love some advice here...anything that is unnecessary or needs improving?
