bench 370 squat 455 deadlift 535 all natural (couldn't even remember to take creatine regularly, just ate a lot), haven't tested myself in a few months
body fat 15-20%
i'd like to inch those numbers up a little to 400 500 and 600
so what would be a good combo for that goal and then what would be the best cutting cycle without anavar since it is so damned expensive by my estimates?
halfway through that basic starters mass pack (first time with this stuff ever) and i have gained mass for sure, strangely mostly in my chest triceps and shoulders, but would like to be a bit leaner.
should i even bother trying a cycle or just cut down the old fashioned way? i'd like to hover around 10%, too old to care about contests and all that jazz.
