  • Advice needed! !

    Im a 45 year old guy. I quit smoking 6 month ago. My metabolism has slowed and I've put on 40 pounds. Im getting back in the gym after years of neglect. Im 5'9 250 and plan overweight. I have friends telling me to use Deca and or Test. What are your thoughts?

    It's as simple as this, diet brother, that's it. Diet and cardio an you'll lose that fat.

      Yeah you really need to find out what gets your body to lose fat and gain balance before you start cycle. Tune in your daily routine. I deff would not suggest deca tho, especially if you've never run a cycle before.

        Agree with these guys. Nutrition is number 1. Gear will help you preserve muscle, but you can take a ton of the fat won't come off unless you understand how to diet for your body's needs. It would not hurt to see where your test levels are. At your age, there is a chance that you are low. If this is the case, it would be harder to build muscle and get lean.
        After you get your labs results, you will now what to expect for recovery from a gear cycle. Then if you wanted to run a cycle and you have figured out your nutrition, my suggestion would be a test cycle using cyp or test e, 250-500mg EW along with adex. Then either a solid PCT or if your levels are low and you desire, after the cycle you would go back to an HRT, hormone release therapy program
