so i just finish 6 weeks with masteron and proviron only, it helped me lose more fat but now i start to feel like its time to ad some small dose of test. my plan is to shoot 50mg prop eod and since i think mast is weak and very expensive to get at least 400mg wk
i was thinking to add 50mg proviron ed isted.
my cycle looks like this
test prop 50mg eod
proviron 50mg ed (split in two dose)
12.5mg aromasin eod
so my question is, will the proviron healp me stay hard and dry or is it a waiste adding it??
i have about 3-4 kg more to lose of fat and then i will be fairly lean.
my diet is looking like this
morning
30gr oats with one whole egg and 3 egg whites, fish oil/multi vit - one cup of black coffee
pre workout, two hours from my breakfast i use bcaa/tyrosine/carnitine/citrulline - sometimes i take some caffeine tabs
or black coffee, 30/45min after i start workouts for about 45min and finish off with 30/45min cardio
post workout one scoop of ON hydro whey.
30min after i eat 200gr grilled chicken breast with one tomato and some tzatziki
3 hours later
200gr grilled chicken breast/or salmon with one tomato and some tzatziki
last meal 4 egg whites with jalapenos scrambled and made like an omelet. sometime i add one whole egg.
before bed i take one scoop of ON hydro whey, sometimes low carb protein bars with fibre
what do you think guys, will i be able to cut and lose the last 3 kg and keep water retention down with this plan?
i already lost 8kg with this in 45 days
