Take all my clomid and novla at same time, or spread?

I'm using the NAPS PCT kit. Here is what it looks like along with some HCG:

Weeks 1-4- 40 mg GP Nolva per day
Weeks 1-4 100mg GP Clomiphene per day
Weeks 1-5 1mg GP Anastrozole per day

Right now, I'm just taking my doses all at once in the morning when I rise, 5 pills total. Should I split these up or does it not even matter?
