If im on a Monday/Thursday pin cycle teste250 when should i take my adex and should i take it on an empty stomach?

it depends - do u find that u aromatize AAS? start @ a low dose EOD or E3D + see how it goes.
Some guys do not take any, some take a little 1xwk, etc...

full or empty stomach not a big issue.

i take caber on injection days (just so i dont forget) and my arimidex 1pill every 3 days (when i remeber)... if i dont take all my pills in gthe morning i forget thru the day
