Pct help

I been reading my ass off I think I got pct figured out I think nolvadex looks best but up for opinions it will be first cycle 500 mg week test e for 10 weeks I'm 5,10 and 160 lp whn shld I start pct and which product and how much and how long and I want to start second cycle as soon as possible after pct so how long do I have to wait in between cycles. Please need advise.

Nolva is a good option, start 14-20 days after last Pin u should run it @ least 30 days (60 would not be over kill though).
When u finish Pct get a blood test done to make sure ur Natty Test is back.
Then u can start 2nd cycle but I would wait another month.
